In March 2020 Jess took Soniq in a local Fun Show, both total novices & they came away with Best in Show, that was Jess hooked, so when we got Jem she started to learn what to do & over the last 2 years they have gone from strength to strength!
They have had a few placings along the way & at the Newfoundland Fun Weekend in summer 2022 Jem & Jess took Best in Specialty Show under judge Mr Andrew Haresign!
Jess has also been honored to occasionally handle Lagotto’s for Lisa Mort of Arcticbreeze & was thrilled when Lisa’s puppy took BB with her!
The arrival of Sofi meant Jess was able to learn new skills on handling a different breed & the girls have been having some fun!
In January 2023 at Manchester Championship Show, they won the puppy class & went on take Best Puppy in Breed under judge Mr. Kevin Young
In 2021 Jess started to have a go at Junior Handling & she encouraged Oliver to have a go too, a long way to go & alot to learn still but very proud of them both & we continue to support them in any way we can! We are also very grateful to the people that have helped teach them & encourage & support them too, we couldn’t do it without them!
We had an absolutely amazing time at Crufts this year with a fabulous 4th place for Jessica & Jem!!
Then when we didn’t think it could be any better, Jess handled Sofi to a Fantastic 1st Place!!! She was also the Best Bitch Puppy!!
